ProveHouse Support
Last updated: 3 August 2026
ProveHouse LLC is a New Jersey holding company for a family of strategy-validation platforms: Coinfetti (crypto), Bullpit (stocks), Assayon (open-universe stocks and crypto), and Parlaid (sports prediction-market strategies). The name comes from the proof house — the institution where work is tested before it may be sold. Each platform proves a trading-strategy claim against out-of-sample data, real costs, and a stated benchmark before any money follows it. This corporate site itself sells nothing.
How to contact support
Platform questions go to the platform, not here — its team can see your account, and we can't from this site:
| Platform | Support email |
|---|---|
| Coinfetti | [email protected] |
| Bullpit | [email protected] |
| Assayon | [email protected] |
| Parlaid | [email protected] |
For corporate matters — legal notices, privacy requests, partnership or licensing inquiries, press — email [email protected]. We usually reply within 2 business days. If you're not sure which address is right, email [email protected] and we'll point you to the right place.
Refunds and cancellation
Nothing is sold on this corporate site, so there is nothing to refund or cancel here. Paid subscriptions on ProveHouse platforms (Coinfetti, Bullpit, Assayon) are governed by that platform's own Refund & Cancellation Terms — each currently offers a full refund on the first charge if requested by email within 7 days. Refund requests should go to the support address of the platform you subscribed to.
FAQ
What are the platforms?
Coinfetti (crypto strategies, reality-checked), Bullpit (stock strategies — podium then cross-examine), Assayon (the strategy assay engine, for open-universe custom strategies), and Parlaid (sports prediction-market strategies backtested against real market prices).
What do the platforms actually check?
Three things on every strategy: out-of-sample evidence, real costs (slippage, fees, financing), and a stated benchmark — performance judged against a named alternative, not silence.
Do the platforms trade real money or take bets?
No. None execute trades, hold funds, accept wagers, or connect to brokerage, exchange, or sportsbook accounts. Even "paper trading" is pure simulation.
Is any of this investment or betting advice?
No. The platforms test claims; they don't make recommendations. Backtested results are hypothetical and don't predict future performance.
Who is behind ProveHouse?
ProveHouse LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. Each platform's own site carries its terms, privacy policy, and support contact.
Can I license the validation methodology?
The statistical validation engine behind the platforms is available for B2B licensing on some platforms — email [email protected] to start that conversation.
What we don't do
ProveHouse LLC does not provide investment or betting advice, and no one writing from a ProveHouse address will ever ask for your card number, password, or seed phrase.
