1. What this site is
This is the corporate website of ProveHouse LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us") — the holding company for a family of strategy-validation platforms including Coinfetti, Bullpit, Assayon, and Parlaid. This site is informational only: it has no accounts, sells nothing, and provides no interactive service.
2. The platforms have their own terms
Each ProveHouse platform is a separate service with its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Terms, available on that platform's site. Using a platform is governed by that platform's terms, not this page.
3. No investment or betting advice
Nothing on this site is investment advice, betting advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Our platforms test strategy claims against historical data; backtested results are hypothetical and do not predict future performance.
4. Acceptable use
Don't probe, scan, or test this site's security, scrape it in bulk, or misrepresent your affiliation with ProveHouse LLC.
5. Intellectual property
The ProveHouse name and logo, the platform names, and this site's content belong to ProveHouse LLC. You may link to this site freely.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVEHOUSE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
